Chiropractic: a non-invasive, hands-on approach to health care that focuses on the nervous system.  Involves a precise and thorough approach to evaluate, educate, diagnose, treat and prevent conditions of the spine, joints, muscles and nervous system.
Physiotherapy: is the assessment of neuromuscular, musculoskeletal and cardiorespiratory systems, the diagnosis of diseases or disorders associated with physical dysfunction, injury or pain and the treatment, rehabilitation and prevention or relief of physical dysfunction, injury or pain to develop, maintain, rehabilitate or augment function and promote mobility
Acupuncture: involves the insertion of very fine needles into the skin at specific points on the body, stimulating the nervous system to improve normal physiological functions.
Massage: involves the assessment of soft tissue and joints of the body, the treatment and prevention of physical dysfunction and pain of the soft tissues and joints by manipulation to develop, maintain, rehabilitate or augment physical function, or relieve pain.  It is an effective tool in the control of pain (chronic or acute) as well as in the reduction of the effects of stress. It can be used to assist in rehabilitation and treatment of sprains and strains, tendinitis, overuse injuries to muscles and joints, arthritis and headaches.
Foot Orthotics:  affect muscle tuning and how our body absorbs shock.  Our brain is fed information regarding the surfaces we walk on with every step and our body responds by “tuning” the muscle groups needed to minimize vibration and absorb shock thereby limiting injuries.  With poor foot posture, we are less likely to absorb this shock which can lead to knee pain and/or hip pain.
